# Find a transaction

> See every payment made through your BCL forms and payment links, and find one by status, search or filters.

The **Transactions** page lists every payment made through your forms, payment links and QR codes, newest first. The number next to **Transactions** in the sidebar is how many are still pending.

## Open your transactions

In the sidebar, click **Transactions**. The cards at the top show your **Total Transactions**, **Successful Amount**, **Failed Amount** and your **Top Form**.

> **Note**
> BCL shows only the mode you are in: test payments while **Test Mode** is on, real payments when it is off.

## Filter by status

Click a tab above the table to see one status:

- **All Transaction**: every payment.
- **Successful**: the customer paid.
- **Completed**: successful payments you have marked as done.
- **Pending**: the payment is new or still being processed.
- **Cancelled**: the customer cancelled the payment.
- **Failed**: the payment did not go through.

## Search and filter

To find one payment, type in **Search** at the top of the table. You can search by the customer's name, email or phone, or by the **Order No**.

For more options, click **Filter**. You can narrow the list by:

- **Transaction Period** (a date range)
- **Payment Status** and **Payment Method**
- **Form Type**, **Item / Ticket** and **Amount Range**
- **Portal**, if you use more than one Bayarcash portal

To show or hide columns such as **Remarks** or **Tracking No**, click **Columns**.

## Open a transaction

Each row ends with an actions menu. Use it to see the full record, check the items ordered, or get the receipt:

- **View Details** opens the full record. See [Check a transaction's details](/transaction-details/).
- **Order Details** lists the items, variations and delivery address.
- **View Receipt** and **Download Receipt** give you the customer's receipt. See [Download or share a receipt](/download-receipt/).

## Common issues

### My test payments have disappeared from Transactions. Where are they?

Transactions shows only the mode you are in. With Test Mode on you see test payments, and with it off you see real ones. Switch the mode in Platform Setup > Payment to see the other set.

### What is the difference between Successful and Completed?

Successful means the payment went through. Completed is a successful transaction that you marked as done with Mark As Completed, for example after you delivered the order.

### A payment shows Failed. Why?

Open the transaction and read its Status Description, which often says why. See Check a transaction's details (/transaction-details/).
