Add your company details

Your company profile holds the name, logo, registration number, contact details and address that BCL prints on receipts, invoices and LHDN e-invoices. This is step 3 of 4 to your first sale.

Open your company profile

Only the account owner and admins can edit the company profile. To open it, go to Team > Company Profile in the sidebar.

You can also reach it from the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, or from Settings in the bottom bar on your phone.

Copy your details from Bayarcash

If you have connected your Bayarcash account, you can copy the details you gave Bayarcash instead of typing them:

1. Click Sync Console.
2. Check the details in the preview.
3. Click Proceed with Sync. BCL saves the copied details straight away.

Fill in or correct your details

Complete anything that is missing or out of date:

1. Under Company Information, add your Company Logo. A PNG with a transparent background works best.
2. Fill in Organization Name and Registration Number (Full SSM No.). BCL saves the organisation name in capital letters.
3. Fill in the Email and Mobile Number your customers can contact you on.
4. Under Identification, choose your ID Type and enter the number. BCL tries to fetch your Tax Identification Number (TIN) from LHDN for you.
5. Choose your MSIC Code, and enter your SST Number or NA if you are not registered for SST.
6. Fill in your address under Address Details, and your social media links if you want them shown.
7. Click Save Changes.

Note

If you send LHDN e-invoices, the E-Invoice Compliance box at the top lists any details that are still missing. See MyInvois intermediary.

Common issues

How do I replace the BCL logo in the browser tab with my own?

Upload your logo in Company Logo on Team > Company Profile and click Save Changes. The same logo is used as the browser tab icon on your forms, in customer emails and on receipts and invoices.

Can my staff change the company details?

No. Only the account owner and admins can open and edit Company Profile.

What do I put in SST Number if I am not registered for SST?

Enter NA.
