Choose the right form type

BCL has a different form for each kind of sale: payment forms for products and fees, event forms for tickets, booking forms for appointments and lead forms for sign-ups. Pick the form that matches what your customer is doing, then choose how it is priced and how it looks.

Before you create any form, connect an approved Bayarcash account to BCL. See Connect Bayarcash.

Forms in BCL

Each kind of form has its own menu in the dashboard:

• Payment forms (Payments > Forms): sell products or services, collect fees and take donations. See Create a payment form.
• Event forms (Events > Events): sell tickets and register attendees. This needs the event add-on.
• Booking forms (Bookings > Forms): let customers book a service, court or room in a time slot.
• Lead forms (Lead Management > Lead Forms): collect sign-ups without taking a payment. This needs the lead forms add-on.

Price settings for a payment form

On a payment form, open the Payment Details tab and choose a Price Setting:

• Single Amount: one fixed price, for example a registration fee. Enter it in Amount.
• Open Amount (User Input): the customer types how much to pay. Good for donations and pay-what-you-want.
• Multiple Items: a list of products, each with its own price, stock and quantity. Use this to sell digital products.
• Items with Variations: products with options such as size or colour, each option with its own price.

Type of Form

Type of Form, on the same tab, sets how the page looks and behaves:

• Payment: the standard payment form.
• Donation: adds a Donation tab with a target amount, progress bar and countdown.
• Sales Page: shows one sales image above the form. See Turn a form into a sales page.
• Custom HTML: your own HTML design, edited with Open HTML Editor. See HTML form shortcodes.
• Landing Pages: a page built with Edit Landing Page.
• Video Sales (Beta): a video-led page set up in the Videos tab.

Payment channels

Under Payment Configuration, choose the Bayarcash Portal Key, then the channels to offer in Payment Option, such as FPX or DuitNow QR. The list depends on what that portal has switched on.

Common issues

How many variations can I set up for clothes with sizes and colours?

With Items with Variations you can add up to 6 variations per form (for example Size, Colour and Material), each with up to 15 options. Every option has its own price and stock.

Is there a limit on how many items I can put in one payment form?

Yes. Multiple Items takes up to 50 items per form. When you reach 50, the Add Item button disappears. Split a bigger catalogue into several forms, one per category.

Why can't I see all payment channels in Payment Option?

Payment Option only lists the channels switched on for the portal chosen in Portal Key. Turn on more channels for that portal in the Bayarcash Console, then pick them in the form.
